Mr. Wimberley has over twenty-five years of Information Technology executive management and leadership experience in business operations, sales/marketing, business development, and management consulting, with a background that includes over eleven years in Internet-based and advanced networks, delivering enterprise software products and services. Over the last twelve years, as a management consultant and/or senior executive, Mr. Wimberley has advised or participated in the building of four start-up, emerging growth, technology-centric companies based in the U.S., and with a global reach. In each case, Mr. Wimbereley was responsible for or assisted in the raising of substantial growth capital through angel and/or venture capital investors. Mr. Wimbereley brings both private and public sector experience to Precerche.

Before joining RanchMart/Fly Technology as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Wimberley spent over two years at Matrix NetSystems as VP Technology Solutions and VP Sales. Prior to Matrix, Mr. Wimberley functioned as a management consultant to Avatar Technology in the role of Chief Operating Officer, and as a management consultant to Systems Integration Group Inc. in the role of VP Sales & Business Operations. Prior to this, Mr. Wimberley was a member of the executive management team at Concero (previously PSW Technologies) serving as VP Strategic Operations and VP Sales, where he helped build and take public the first company to graduate from the prestigious Austin Technology Incubator at MCC. Concero's IPO (NASDAQ) was completed in mid-1997. Before Concero, Mr. Wimberley spent over thirteen years with two of the largest technology software and services companies in the world: AGS (NYNEX), as Vice President, and Cap Gemini Sogeti/Ernst & Young, as General Manager.

Mr. Wimberley attended both the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas at Arlington, and graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Management.
