Clinical Operations Project Manager

The Clinical Operations Project Manager ensures that the contracted services and expectations of a clinical study are carried out by the project team in accordance to the executed contract and the customers’ expectations. The Clinical Operations Project Manager serves in the role of a project manager on assigned project(s), which may range from single service studies to full scope or multiple protocol projects and serves as the primary liaison with customers, vendors and/or investigative sites.

Requirements

- Requires a B.A. / B.S. in the life sciences, nursing degree, or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of clinical research experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical company, or biotechnology company
- Thorough knowledge of FDA regulations, drug development, and clinical monitoring procedures
- Demonstrated proficiency with ICH/GCP guidelines
- Tactful discretion, keen insight, and sound judgment
- Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment
- Presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented approach
- Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and Internet; basic computer skills using MS Project
- Valid, current driver’s license
- Minimal travel is required

Creative Services Web Developer

The creative services developer will have a background that combines the best knowledge of creative Web and print design with strong knowledge of Web programming and development. This role is a key component of the Product Marketing team and experience is essential. Duties will range from developing basic imagery used in corporate and product deliverables, to design and layout, Website development and management, and Web-based special projects in the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

- Develop corporate and product images/graphics for print, Web, product, and business use
- Develop, design, and maintain corporate Web site
- Develop, design, and maintain product CSS, brand, and design with Engineering
- Assist in creating and maintaining product demonstrations
- Manage basic Web metrics packages and traffic/user analysis
- Develop, design, and maintain corporate and product print collateral
- Develop, design, and maintain the creative aspects of all training and user documentation
- Develop, design, and maintain new media marketing projects (online presentations, podcasts, other delivery)

Requirements

- 4-6 years’ experience in Web development and creative services delivery for print and Web; with available portfolio sites for viewing
- Web development skills, including CSS, (D)HTML, XML, JavaScript; JSP a plus
- Highly experienced with the Adobe Creative Studio/Suites, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Fireworks
- Have good knowledge of UI, human factors, and usability principles
- Proven strength in creative problem solving, strategic and tactical
- Commitment to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Strong collaborative and team leadership skills
- Strong self-motivation and self-discipline
- Web-analysis tools knowledge (WebTrends or other package)
- Basic copywriting and editing, a plus
- Search engine optimization and marketing, a plus
- Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office proficiency, a plus
- UNIX and Windows network environment knowledge, a plus

Product Marketing Manager

The product marketing project manager will play an active, day-to-day role in conveying the established market needs defined by Marketing and Senior Management to the Development and QA team through the details of project coordination and feature management.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of MRDs and PRDs
- Assist in the development of business cases and supportive market analysis
- Develop use-cases for product development
- Assist in creating functional specifications for development use
- Work with engineers and other team members to create and maintain release timetable
- Conduct market/internal users/research and translate into features and functions for development
- Work with engineers and QA to iteratively perfect features and functions of new and existing software
- Help engineers brainstorm creative solutions to roadblocks and help motivate them to meet milestones
- Work closely with creative team to ensure ease-of-use for new and existing software
- Assist the creative team in developing product and user documentation
- Assist in creating and maintaining product demonstrations with creative team
- Work with QA to manage the user acceptance testing for new software products and version releases
- Provide product content for marketing communications materials to creative and media team

Requirements

- 3-5 years’ experience providing customer perspective to software engineers
- Proven ability to communicate (written and oral) customer requirements to technical team
- Proven strength in creative problem solving
- Commitment to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Strong teamwork and team leadership skills
- Strong skill with Microsoft Project, Visio, Office, and collaborative Web tools
- Familiarity with QA/defect tracking tools
- Pharmaceutical or biotech PM experience a plus
- Pragmatic Marketing knowledge a plus

System Administrator

The system administrator provides operational infrastructure support as well as assists with growth needs for system design, development and deployment. The system administrator also provides for day to day desktop and server implementation and support, as well as team participation in remote operations.

Responsibilities

- Team participation in strategy development for enterprise desktop engineering, integration and support
- Coordination, deployment and remediation of desktop/packaged applications, updates, security patches, etc. This includes 3rd party and proprietary applications.
- Project coordination, domain account administration, remote office/site implementation, end user support and training, and provides technical support services to local and remote users.
- Document, communicate and publish desktop standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4-7 years experience in the desktop technology field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing desktop support services to end users.
- Strong demonstrated knowledge and experience in supporting PC technology: Windows XP, Server 2003, Exchange 2003, Linux
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Active Directory design and Group Policy
- Knowledge of LDAP integration
- Knowledge of IIS and Apache
- Microsoft domain account administration and Exchange account administration experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in desktop hardware, operating systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with end users, vendors and other Technology personnel to identify technical requirements and problems and apply appropriate solutions
- Strong attention to detail and solid follow-through skills with the ability to set and deliver on priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mentality and a can do attitude
- Ability to make effective and sensible decisions with a sense of urgency
- The ability to work both as a team player and autonomously while providing up-line status as necessary
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking
- Desire to expand knowledge to support the business need
